Stephanie’s tenacity and creative prowess are best exemplified in her ability to launch Prismatic-a brand centric creative agency-at the age of 23 after the dot com bubble burst, and successfully fuel its growth into a second office and national clients spanning 26 of our 50 states. Since graduating from the University of Central Florida in 2000 (Go Knights!), Stephanie has cultivated a reputation as an expert in branding, social media, and marketing. Her experience has shaped award-winning strategies |and initiatives for a diverse array of projects and clients including the National Basketball Association, City of Orlando, Creative Village, Bank of America Community Development Corporation, Orlando Magic, and the District of Columbia Housing Authority. | |Close to the Orlando headquarters of Prismatic, Stephanie was a consultant on Project DTO with responsibilities that included development of the Vision Plan and identity and marketing strategy for Downtown Orlando. Her |role also included conceiving, directing, and synthesizing all public outreach and crowdsourcing activities that supported this unprecedented citizen focused project. | |In New Orleans, home of Prismatic’s second office, Stephanie has been involved in shaping and guiding monumental community-changing projects including the national role model for holistic mixed-income community development: Columbia Parc at the Bayou District. Columbia Parc involved the the comprehensive redevelopment of the former St. Bernard Public Housing site following Hurricane Katrina. | |Stephanie has received numerous awards and recognition for her ability to unite her career in creative arts with solid business acumen. In 2014, she was featured in Florida Trend Magazine as an “All-Star 30-Something”and has been recognized three times by Orlando Business Journal as one of the “40 Under 40” and twice as a finalist for the “Women Who Mean Business”awards. Stephanie’s client work has also resulted in Addy Awards, Pillars of the Industry Awards, and other advertising and marketing industry awards. | |While her business accomplishments are impressive, it is her imprint on the |community that sets her apart. Stephanie actively serves on numerous boards |including Orlando Tech Association, Downtown Orlando Partnership, and |the Urban Think! Foundation as well as the Orlando EDC’s regional branding committee. Stephanie created the >GOOD Initiative in 2008 whereby a portion of all profit at Prismatic is donated to domestic non-profits. Since its inception, >GOOD has resulted in more than $525,000 in donated creative services.
