Joseph was raised in Winter Haven, Florida. He received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Florida, and a J.D. degree, cum laude, from Florida State University. During law school, Joseph was member of the trial team. He was also the recipient of the Judge John M. & Sally D. M. Kest Book Award in Professional Responsibility, and the Mary Jo Peed and Kevin Wood Book Award in Real Estate Finance. Joseph is an associate in the litigation department of GrayRobinson, PA. He concentrates his practice on eminent domain and construction law. Prior to joining the firm, Joseph worked for law firms in Los Angeles, CA and Winter Park, FL. He also served as a commissioned writer for the Florida Legislature.
